Topstyle Gutters and Roofing remove most types of roofing materials including galvanised Iron and all makes of Tiled roofs such as Concrete, Terracotta and Decromastic Tin Tiles.
If your existing roof is a Tiled roof then all new metal battens will need to be installed to fix your new roof too. If your old roof is galvanised iron or Asbestos then we will re-screw your original timber battens down to the roof trusses and replace any battens that are damaged or rotten.
Insulation blanket can be installed before your new roof is fitted at the customers request. It is highly recommended to use insulation blanket and also ceiling bats as it will keep your home cool in summer and warm in winter and lower those costly power bills.
Your new roof is then installed and all required flashings are fitted to insure your new roof is watertight.
Once roof is completed all rubbish is removed from job site and scaffolding if erected will be pulled down within a day or two.
